Terms and Conditions
- APPROVED CREDIT - Must be established for open account status.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT - Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Interest of 1.5% per month will be added to all overdue invoices.
- PRICING - Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be billed at current prices on the date of order.
- FREIGHT - All shipments will be via UPS, FedEx or motor freight. Freight charges and additional fees may apply.
- DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - Any damage to shipments must be noted with the parcel or freight carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to do so could lead to complications with replacement or claim disposition.
- SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES – Please ensure that any shipping discrepancies are promptly reported to Bergquist within a period of 2-3 business days from the date of delivery. Unreported discrepancies could be denied.
- RETURN POLICY - All returns must be approved in advance and issued an RGA number. Reason for return will determine if restocking or additional fees need to be applied.
- WARRANTY - Bergquist will facilitate warranty requests from our customer. Replacement or exchanges will be decided by the limitations of the product warranty and the determination of fault by the vendor or manufacturer. Additional fees may apply.
- TAX - Any state or federal tax levied against the net sale price is an additional charge to be assumed and paid by the purchaser.
- EXPORT - All pricing and quotes are in U. S. dollars unless otherwise stated in writing. The purchaser must pay all duties, taxes and exchange rate in currency.
- DEBITS - No debit memorandum will be accepted. Bergquist will issue prompt credit on all authorized returns in compliance with our Return Merchandise Policy.
