Bergquist Announces Major Promotions, Bolstering Leadership and Expertise in Propane Equipment Sector

Bergquist, a leader in the wholesale propane equipment distribution industry, is proud to announce the promotion of three key team members, marking a significant step in strengthening its leadership and operational excellence.

Richard Constant Elevated to OEM Equipment Sales Director

Richard Constant has been promoted to OEM Equipment Sales Director, where he will manage all aspects of Bergquist’s truck and plant customer segment, including inventory control, pricing strategies, and enhancing the customer experience. Joining Bergquist in 1994, Constant has been a vital part of the Bowling Green (KY) distribution center for over 20 years. His extensive experience as an inside sales representative and as a product specialist for Empire, White Mountain Hearth, and Corken product lines uniquely positions him for this role. Constant's deep understanding of compressor products, and dispenser, truck, and plant pumps, is invaluable to Bergquist.

Caleb Warner Steps Up to OEM Equipment Sales Manager

In another strategic move, Caleb Warner has been promoted to OEM Equipment Sales Manager. In his new role, Warner will focus on business development with truck and plant fabricators in the Midwest, as well as supporting propane marketers in Iowa and Missouri. His rich background includes a tenure as a senior area product coordinator overseeing bulk product movement nationwide. A celebrated member of the "30 under 30" class of 2021 by the International Association of Young Gassers/National Propane Gas Association/Canadian Propane Association, Warner joined Bergquist in December 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from his time at Ferrellgas. With David Leonard's recent retirement, Warner will expand his portfolio to include key truck and plant builder accounts.

Chris Pegouskie Advances to Inside Sales Representative

Chris Pegouskie's promotion to Inside Sales Representative further strengthens Bergquist's commitment to customer support. Based at the organization’s Toledo (OH) distribution center, Pegouskie will assist customers with their propane equipment needs and troubleshoot any equipment issues. Pegouskie began his career at Bergquist in February 2019, quickly becoming a leader and mentor within the company. His background in the propane industry, encompassing roles in system installs, furnace work, appliance troubleshooting, and delivery, equips him with a unique perspective and expertise.
