As of Friday, April 6, Bergquist updated its Online Storefront to improve user experience, simplify transactions and increase access to their robust product catalog.
Customers who visit the updated storefront will note a refreshed look to the site, which now appears less like a catalogue and more like an online retail store.
“We used feedback from our customers to improve the layout and experience,” said Don Montroy, Director of Marketing for Bergquist. “Our customers are the most important part of our business so using their input to update our Online Storefront design is the best way to ensure they enjoy the experience, making it quick and easy for them to find and order what they need.”
Searching for items by keyword or part number has never been easier and more product images are readily available to view, allowing customers to rest assured that they have chosen the proper item for their “cart.” The checkout process has been streamlined, letting purchasers review their products with a cleaner, more comprehensive look.
While many things have been updated to enhance user experience, much has remained the same to make payment and invoicing seamless for customers. Customers can expect to find their account summary, order history, open invoices and paid invoices similar to what they were before the redesign.
